California Mattress Recycling Fee
Effective 12/30/2015, California state law requires retailers to collect an $11 recycling fee per unit. That means on each mattress and each box spring sold. The amount of the fee was approved by the state of California and is not set or controlled by individual retailers. Please visit www.byebyemattress.com for more information.
Our Shipping Company strives to deliver all items free of damage. Thus, before shipping any item, they make sure to properly package and handle all merchandise with care.
Remember that our Shipping Company does not offer free assembly. The shipping company will not remove any furniture from the setup area. Please contact us for a delivery, assembly, or removal quote at (818) 781-1127. The Shipping Company will arrive on the date and time that has been scheduled on the website.
Upon receiving the items, we encourage our customers to immediately inspect the merchandise thoroughly for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. Also, check for any missing parts. Please contact us if you find any damages on your item or missing parts. Make sure to keep a copy of the receipt and take a picture of any damages in case it is needed.
Local buyers are able to pick-up any item purchased. Please call to set upup arrangement.
Most furniture items will need to be assembled. Assembly can be arranged through our website or AHF customer representative, and typically incurs an extra fee.

Please email or contact (818) 781-1127 our customer service. Please have your order number, the model number, and your contact information. An Affordable Home Furniture “AHF” representative will schedule an exchange of the item(s).
We make sure to continuously update our inventory status online. Therefore, all items listed should be in stock. In the case that an item is not available or has been discontinued, the customer is given the following options;
1. Buyer is granted the full refund for the discontinued item.
2. Unavailable items may be shipped when the item becomes available.
3. Other similar items, in both style and quality, may be offered to replace the unavailable or discontinued item.
If you are unsatisfied with your item for any reason, please return the item within three days of its arrival and in its original packaging. The item returned must be in perfect condition. There will be a 25% restocking fee applied to all returns. Shipping and handling fees will also not be refunded. Prior to returning any item, please contact us immediately. No item returned without our authorization will be accepted.
To ensure that Client receives items promptly, AHF processes each order immediately after finalizing each sale. A 25% processing fee will be charged for all cancellation. Custom ordered items cannot be canceled for any reason.
