Terms & Conditions / Store Policy

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made with Affordable Home Furniture, including
in-store purchases, local pickup, delivery, and online orders. By placing an order with us, you
agree to the policies outlined below.

Store Locations

Affordable Home Furniture operates multiple retail locations in Southern California. All store
policies apply equally to purchases made at either location.

Product Information

Fabric texture, color, wood finishes, and stains may vary slightly due to lighting, photography,
or monitor settings. Customers are encouraged to contact us for additional details before
purchasing if they have specific concerns regarding appearance.

California Mattress Recycling Fee

California state law requires retailers to collect a $16 recycling fee per unit on each mattress
and box spring sold. The State of California sets this fee and is not controlled by individual

Delivery & Shipping

Our delivery partners take reasonable care to properly package and handle all merchandise prior to transport.

Standard delivery includes placement only. Assembly, removal of old furniture, or additional services are not
included unless arranged separately. Delivery, assembly, or removal services may be quoted upon request.

Delivery will occur on the date and time scheduled at checkout or confirmed with our team.

Inspection Upon Delivery or Pickup

Customers are responsible for inspecting all merchandise immediately upon delivery or pickup. Please check for visible damage or missing parts at that time. If damage or missing components are discovered, customers must notify us immediately and retain a copy of their receipt. Photos of the issue may be required to assist with
resolution.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for most items. Customers must contact us in advance to schedule pickup arrangements. Items must be picked up within the agreed timeframe.

Assembly

Most furniture items require assembly. Assembly services may be arranged through our website or with an Affordable Home Furniture representative for an additional fee.

Inventory Availability

We make every effort to maintain accurate inventory listings. In the event an item is unavailable or discontinued, customers will be offered one of the following options:

1. A full refund for the unavailable item
2. Shipment once the item becomes available
3. Similar replacement item of comparable style and quality

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within three (3) days of delivery. Returned items must be in original packaging and in unused, like-new condition.

A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. Delivery, shipping, and handling fees are non-refundable. No returns
will be accepted without prior authorization.

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed immediately after purchase. A 25% processing fee applies to all cancellations.

Custom or special-order items cannot be canceled for any reason.

Warranty & Customer Support

Affordable Home Furniture offers a simple warranty program that includes exchange and refund options, subject to the terms above. For assistance, please get in touch with our customer service team and be prepared to provide your order number, model number, and contact information.

Policy Updates

Affordable Home Furniture reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to our website.
