Is The Shipping Address Correct?

 To avoid any shipping delays, please maintain an updated phone number and shipping address on our website or Paypal records. We ship only to the Los Angeles and surrounding area. We do not offer out of state or international shipping services either.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

 Our Independent Shipping Company strives to deliver all items free of damage. Thus, before shipping any item, they make sure to package and handle all merchandise with care properly.

 Remember that our Shipping Company does not offer free delivery or assembly. The shipping company will not remove any furniture from the setup area. Please contact us for a removal quote at  [email protected].

 Upon receiving the items, we encourage our customers to immediately inspect the merchandise thoroughly for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. Also, check for any missing parts. Please contact us if you find any damages on your item or missing parts. Make sure to keep a copy of the receipt and take a picture of any damages in case it is needed.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Purchased items will ship on the date and time you have selected on the website at checkout. Expect to receive your items within that time frame  If have any concerns or you would like to have verification, change of time or change of date, please contact us immediately before your items ship. Arrival date and time will depend on traffic conditions, your location and item availability.
